Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the period you have already paid for.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel any subscription (Visibility, Secrets, or CISA Digest):

• Log in to your account at accounts.ki-secure.co.in/services and use the "Disable service" or "Cancel subscription" option for the relevant service, or
• Email us at it.support.noreply@ki-secure.co.in with your account details.

Cancellation requests via email will be processed within 2 business days.

3. Effect of Cancellation

• Your account will remain active and fully functional until the end of the paid billing period.
• After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Community (free) plan.
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after downgrade, after which it may be deleted.
• No refund will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period.

4. Cancellation Duration

There is no minimum commitment period — you may cancel at any time. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing month. Annual subscriptions cancel at the end of the annual period. CISA Digest free activations (via a paid Visibility plan) expire after 1 year and do not auto-renew.

5. Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact us at it.support.noreply@ki-secure.co.in. Account deletion is irreversible.
