1. No Refund Policy

All sales for ki-secure services are final and non-refundable. Because our services are digital in nature and are made immediately available upon payment, we do not offer refunds, credits, or partial refunds for any reason after a purchase has been completed.

2. Free Trials Available

Before making any purchase, users are strongly encouraged to use the available free trials — 30 days for Visibility and 7 days for Secrets — both with no credit card required. CISA Digest is included free with any paid Visibility plan. These trial periods are designed to allow you to evaluate each service thoroughly before committing to a paid plan.

By purchasing a paid subscription, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the service through the free trial and agree to the no-refund policy.

3. Exceptions

In exceptional cases — such as duplicate charges or technical errors resulting in an incorrect billing — we may review and resolve the issue at our sole discretion. Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with evidence of the billing error.

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Digital Services — No Returns

As ki-secure provides digital SaaS services with no physical goods involved, there is no concept of returns. Access to the service is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.
